Hello Friends in Blog Land~I hope that everyone is having a nice day. (Just think...after tommorow, it's all downhill to the weekend!) And a big, warm WELCOME! to my new readers this week. Merry Meet! I am so happy that you have decided to join us!
*
It's been a perfectly wonderful stormy Autumn day for us here in Southern California. (I can say that because I am all safe & toasty in my home! It would be a completely different story if I were out there battling the soggy streets!)
*
But instead, I am watching the rain from inside- relaxing, sipping my Pumpkin Chai, with the fireplace going- and trying to get my artistic flow going. The inspiration & ideas are a'flowing- but now I need to light a fire under my butt to start going!
*
I have been working on amassing a store house of finished projects in order to start up my ETSY Shop. (Yeah...I know- I have only been trying to get it going for like FOREVER! Well- really since last year this time. And I have only been on-line again since last December.) But excuses aside...the time is NOW! I can feel it, and I want to take advantage of the energies a'swirlin' and get my stuff out there to you!
*
I'm sure that some of you crafters out there know what I mean. I have the WORST case of what I call 'Artist's ADD'! So I am doing my very best to remedy that situation, and to start actually selling my art- instead of giving it all away. As soon as the weather clears up, and I have a day that is nice, I will be able to get some photos to start showing you guys what is in store. It would be real nice for me to 'jump in' right in time for Holiday shopping & start off the New Year with 1 goal already accomplished! (Not to mention starting off my 34th year with a bit of success. That way I can hit 35 with a feeling of accomplishment; instead of regrets and "shoulda's")
*
Okay...personal stuff aside- I have a quickie post for you all today. A Vintage Halloween Image to share (see adorable Trick or Treaters above!) A Halloween Party Recipe & a run-down of the awesome giveaways you will find over at Mrs. B's.
*
Oh...and real quick- I just got on Twitter a few days ago (so I can take part in all these giveaways going on!) and I would be just thrilled if any of my Crafty's Cuppa Coffee readers would like to add me to their Tweeps. However, I have decided to change up one thing- I really hate to inundate all you folks with my giveaway Tweets all day; after all, I know most of you are already doing them too! So, I have made a separate account for giveaways & one for personal use...(for the fun stuff!)
